Updated Training Videos for PBT & Preauth Tool

Provider Web Services recently revised all the online training videos for Provider Benefit and Preauth tools. These new training courses cover many of the updated features found in both online tools and can help clinics get quick information about how to use them.

Provider Benefit Tool updates:

• Provider Letters page — New page allowing users to search by Claim ID, Member ID, or Provider to find and view provider correspondence.
• Provider Payments page — New page to view claim recovery amounts for all providers associated with the user and an SSO link to pay electronically.
• Accumulators — Now view accumulators for previous benefit periods. Fix made to rehab type accumulators, so they are viewable.

Also, the Provider Benefit Tool training documentation has been updated. Each document provides easy, step-by-step instructions on how to use the tool.

Preauth Tool update:

Multiple attachments can now be added to an episode, when following these simple guidelines:

• Max five documents can be attached when creating a new episode.
• An additional 5 documents per episode can be added after initial submission.
• Date and time fields will need to be entered for each attachment.
