Dedicated Local Staff
Janell Zuckerman
Since October 2021, Janell has served as the Network Development Director for Idaho. She oversees network development including provider relations, contracting, and performance. She is focused on continued partnership with St. Luke’s Health Partners network along with development of a direct, broad statewide SelectHealth network in Idaho. She sits on the Healthcare Transformation Council of Idaho as further commitment to our mission to improve the health of our community.
Janell has 15 years of experience in clinical operations, networks, value-based care, and public health and policy, with time at St. Luke’s Health System and the YMCA. She is a purpose-driven leader and serves as a connector across the health care ecosystem.
Janell is an Idaho native and lives with her husband and two children in Boise, Idaho. She earned her BA from Tufts University and MHA from Ohio University. She enjoys time outdoors with her family and serving as a member of Opera Idaho.
Karla Piciotti
Karla Picciotti is a Senior Network Engagement Manager at Select Health. She works closely with providers and clinics across the state.
Before joining Select Health in 2022, she had 28 years’ experience working in the dental industry with 12 years of practice management.
Karla’s passion is helping people live a life of wellness. She takes pride in providing excellent customer service and building a strong team atmosphere. With her experience in practice management, she can help providers navigate the world of insurance more effectively.
Karla grew up in Idaho and truly loves everything about the area, including the change of seasons year-round outdoor activities.
Rochelle Janda
Rochelle Janda is a Senior Network Engagement Representative serving providers and clinic managers throughout the state.
Previously, Rochelle worked at PacificSource where she supported Medicare Advantage business development including broker engagements and educational events for members, providers, and brokers. At Select Health, Rochelle focuses on building relationships and supporting network providers.
Rochelle serves on the planning committee for the Idaho Health Care Conference (IHCC). IHCC is an organization of Idaho insurance carriers, government contractors, third-party payers, and networks. IHCC hosts annual one-day conferences throughout the state of Idaho providing education for 500 attendees, including practitioners, ancillary providers, facilities, and office staff.
She is pursuing a degree in Public Health from Boise State.
Collene Cossey
Collene joined Select Health May 2024, bringing a strong background in medical staff management and provider enrollment. She previously served as Provider Credentialing and Onboarding Coordinator at Saltzer Health. Collene's focus in the medical field has been on working with insurance companies and as a liaison for providers and clinic managers. Collene takes pride in the relationships she has built with providers, managers, and administrators and is excited to continue developing relationships in the provider community.
Kindra Langdon
Kindra joined Select Health in September 2021, bringing 20 years of experience in clinical and hospital care to complement the current Idaho network engagement team. She most recently coordinated the bariatric program at Select Health, bringing professionalism and humor to her role. Before building the bariatric program, Kindra was a medical assistant at Intermountain Health and in Idaho. She is driven to ensure each person feels seen and heard.
