Claim Payments

As of May 18, 2026, Select Health will offer providers multiple payment options via the Zelis Payment Network, including:

Zelis Payments Network (ACH+)

The Zelis Payments Network (ACH+) gives you access to a single secure platform to manage electronic claim payments and data, with all these features:

  • ACH+ is a faster, premium payment experience.
  • View payments history by claim and export remittance data in various formats (835, CSV, XLS, or PDF).
  • Deliver ERA/835s to your clearinghouse or via SFTP reducing the need for manual entry.
  • See key revenue and claims insights visualized in intuitive dashboards.
  • Benefit from a single point of contact for support on payment delivery and remittance questions across all payers in the Zelis Network.
  • ACH+ is a fee-based service. Contact Zelis for details.

Select Health ePayment Center

The Select Health ePayment Center offers a no-cost enrollment for EFT/ERA transactions, access to remittance data, and payment history. Separate registration is required for each payer. Features include:

  • Payments from Select Health via ACH direct to your bank account.
  • A secure portal to access and export Select Health remittance data, including 835 format.

To enroll in the Zelis ePayment Center, you will need:

  • Federal tax identification number (TIN) or employer identification number (EIN).
  • Your practice’s corporate name and principal information.
  • Bank account routing transit number (RTN) or ABA routing number.
  • Bank account number.

Steps to enroll:

  1. Visit selecthealth.epayment.center/Registration or call (855) 774-4392.
  2. Follow the instructions to obtain a registration code (a link will be sent to you).
  3. Follow the link to complete your registration and set up your account.
  4. Log in to the portal and enter your bank account information to enroll.
  5. Review and accept the ACH Agreement and click “Submit”.
  6. Your bank account will be validated before electronic fund transfer.
  7. Note. Many clearinghouses are available to select within the process, including UHIN. If you ever need to select a different clearlinghouse now or in the future, you can do so by loging into your Zelis account and updating it there. 

Currently Enrolled in Zelis Payments Network

If you are already enrolled in the Zelis Payments Network, no action is required. Select Health will be automatically added to your account, and you will begin receiving payments from us through Zelis as usual. If you need help with your existing Zelis account or want to change your payment method, call 877-828-8770.
