New Updates to the Provider Benefit Tool

Select Health makes continual improvements to our online Provider Benefit Tool (PBT). Here are just a few of the many recent improvements that have been implemented:

• Provider Letters page — New page allowing users to search by Claim ID, Member ID, or Provider to find and view provider correspondence.
• Provider Payments page — New page to view claim recovery amounts for all providers associated with the PBT user and an SSO link to pay electronically.
• Accumulators — Now view accumulators for previous benefit periods. Fix made to rehab type accumulators, so they are viewable.
• Show MPS history up to 5 years with downloads — Links in coverage history will now show previous plan year summaries.
• Enhanced Quick Search page — Data returned is now specific to the type of search performed, providing better results.
• Added virus scanning — All file uploads sent through a virus security check.
• Provider Network Participation Status — Provider profile displays both participating and inactive networks.
• Added Dates of Service to Remittance Advice Claims — Remittance claim information includes a new column showing the claim date of service.
