Adding Multiple Attachments in the Preauth & Care Plan Tool

Multiple attachments can now be added to an episode in the Preauth and Care Plan Tool. This improvement will help users quickly add more attachments to their preauthorization requests, speeding up the submission process.

Be sure to follow these guidelines when attaching multiple documents:

• A maximum of 5 documents can be attached when creating a new episode.
• An additional 5 documents per episode can be added after initial submission.
• Date and time fields will need to be entered for each attachment.
