Strawberry Mango Salsa
If you haven’t tried fruit salsa, now is the time! You might be surprised by how well this strawberry-mango version goes with chips and tacos.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Makes about 4 cups
Serving size: about 1 cup
1 pint strawberries, stems removed and chopped
1 ½ cups tomatoes, diced
¾ cup mango, chopped
2 sprigs cilantro, minced
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1-2 limes, juice to taste
1 pinch cayenne pepper, to taste or optional
1. Toss together all ingredients in large bowl.
2. Add lime juice and cayenne pepper, to taste (if using).
3. Best if served fresh.
