Quick and Easy Restaurant-Style Salsa
We found it: your new favorite salsa recipe. This quick and easy salsa made in the blender within minutes is perfect to serve with tacos or just plain tortilla chips.

Serves 6
Ingredients
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 10 oz. can Ro-tel
½ small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and smashed
½ jalapeno, seeded
1 tsp. honey
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. ground cumin
Cilantro, small to medium bunch, washed
Juice of 1 lime
1. Put cilantro, onion, garlic, and diced tomatoes in blender and pulse for about 5 seconds.
2. Place remaining ingredients in blender and pulse to combine until all ingredients are finely chopped, or to desired consistency.
