Slow Cooker Apple Butter in 6 Steps
Amp up your breakfast by adding apple butter to your toast.

Ingredients
Slow cooker
Apple peeler, corer, slicer
18 apples (or enough to fill a 6 qt. slow cooker)
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ cups sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Peel, core, and slice apples.
- Put apple slices in the slow cooker and add vanilla.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Mash apples and add cinnamon and sugars.
- Cook on low for 6 additional hours.
- Once fully cooked, process the mixture in a blender until smooth.
