Healthy Sautéed Cinnamon Apples
No need to feel guilty when you indulge in a bowl full of healthy cinnamon apples, which serves as a perfect addition to any meal and easy snack.

Ingredients
3 apples, chopped (about 3 cups)
2 tbs. water
1 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. maple syrup
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. pure vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Cut apples into small cubes.
2. Pour water into a skillet and add the chopped apples. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Apples should become slightly soft and the water should be absorbed.
3. Add coconut oil to the skillet. Stir apples and oil together until apples are fully coated. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
5. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until apples are soft.
6. Remove from heat and enjoy.
