Crispy Chicken and Avocado Burrito Wraps

These chicken burritos are delicious and easy to make. Whip them up for dinner tonight, or put them in the freezer to have another time.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Servings: 4 burritos


2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend or mozzarella
1 avocado diced
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
4 large tortillas
1 tbsp. oil


1. Mix the shredded chicken, cheese, cilantro, and diced avocados in a bowl.

2. Lay a tortilla flat on a plate and add 1/4 of filling mixture. Form a roll and repeat the process for all four tortillas.

3. Add one tablespoon oil into a heated pan or griddle. Place all four rolled burritos on the pan and cook for two minutes on medium-high heat. Flip onto the other side and cook for another two minutes or until the burritos are golden in color. Serve warm.

4. Burritos can be frozen cooked or uncooked for up to 3 months
