Recipe: White Chicken Chili
Try this hearty, healthy soup that’s perfect to serve on a cold day.

Serves 6
Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 cups chicken stock
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (15-ounce) can white beans, drained
1 (4-ounce) diced green chilies
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1. Add chicken stock and chicken to stockpot over medium heat. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes. Remove chicken from stock and shred chicken with two forks, then add chicken back to the liquid.
2. Add remaining ingredients to stockpot; stir until well combined. Taste for flavor and adjust seasonings to your preference.
3. Simmer over low heat for about five minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
