Vanilla Almond Homemade Granola

This is a great recipe to make in advance and serve with milk or yogurt as a snack or meal. Plus, it’s made with honey, which can keep your immune system strong thanks to its antibacterial and antiviral qualities.

Vanilla Almond Granola, Healthy Recipes 

Prep time: 10 minutes

Makes 4-5 cups

Serving size: ½ cup  

Ingredients  

3 cups old-fashioned oats

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

½ cup coconut oil

¼ cup honey

1 tsp. vanilla

½ cup sliced almonds  

Nutrition Facts (per serving): Calories: 230; Carbohydrates: 30; Fat: 10 grams; Protein: 6 grams; Sodium: 0 mg; Fiber: 3 grams
