Referwell Provider Scheduling.

Select Health offers a service to coordinate with members to help them find, establish care with, and continue their health journey with trusted providers. This service through Referwell gives them access to care with scheduling support and is very useful for members. 

Here is how this works for the member:

  1. Member identifies scheduling preferences with a Care Navigator
  2. Members book appointments with preferred providers, reducing time spent on the phone searching for a provider that meets their needs
  3. Member receives automated notifications and reminders
  4. Member receives follow up to coordinate if they need to reschedule
  5. Feedback is captured in the process following the visit to ensure the member/provider dynamic is positive

Preventive care can make all the difference in managing your health with a trusted provider and early detection of life-threatening disease. We’re helping our members stay current with preventive screenings by sponsoring a program for scheduling assistance. Care Navigators will contact members who are overdue for preventive care screenings, such as Annual Wellness Visits and Annual Preventive Care Exams. They will also reach out to Select Health network providers to coordinate scheduling for these services.
