Recent Updates
Review important updates for CareAffiliate users listed below by most recent effective date.
- April 24, 2024: Eye procedures have been updated to reflect current criteria for the Medicare plan.
- April 3, 2024: Eye procedures have been updated to reflect current criteria. (Commercial, CHIP and Medicaid)
- March 13, 2024: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy request type has been updated to improve user experience.
- December 20, 2023: The CareAffiliate Tool was updated on December 20th to show Select Health's new logo and brand colors. The tool will remain the same with the exception of one box on the home page. The "Access online training & support materials here" box links to the Select Health CareAffiliate web area.
- November 29, 2023: The following request types have been updated to reflect current criteria and/or improve user experience: Varicose Vein, Wound Vac.
- November 8, 2023: The survey questionnaire for Tonsillectomy and/or Adenoidectomy request type was updated to reflect current criteria and improve user experience.
For Intermountain Providers and Facilities: To speed the review process, please add the location and date of iCentra-based clinical documentation in the NOTES section of CareAffiliate.
