Easy 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
1 6-quart slow cooker
2 lbs. boneless and skinless chicken breasts
2 cups mild salsa
1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the salsa over the chicken.
- Cook the chicken for 1½ hours on high or 4 hours on low.
- Once done, preheat oven to 425°F.
- Transfer chicken from the slow cooker to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Spoon some of the salsa over the chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place baking dish in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
