New Phone Number for Provider Inquiries


Member Services is introducing a new toll-free phone number dedicated to provider inquiries: 
1-800-222-6358. This phone number has been created to improve communication and streamline the support processes for all provider-related inquiries. Effective January 1, 2026, callers from a provider or billing office must utilize the Provider Inquiries phone number for all inquiries.

We encourage all offices and contracted partners to update their Select Health contact information accordingly and ensure all relevant staff are informed of this change. As of January 1, 2026, all provider inquiries made to the Member Services phone number (1-800-538-5038) will be redirected to the new Provider Inquiries phone number.

Through this platform, you can efficiently manage essential aspects of your partnership with Select Health. Additionally, Zelis allows you to receive and manage payments and remittances. These digital tools are designed to streamline workflows, enhance security, and provide convenient, around-the-clock access to vital information and services.
