2 Steps to Delicious Apple “Donuts"

1 medium apple
3 tbsp. almond butter
2 tsp. shredded unsweetened coconut


  1. Remove the apple core and slice the apple crosswise into 8 thin rings that are about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Spread each apple ring with almond butter and sprinkle with coconut.
