Start by registering for an account

On the create account screen, chose No, I do not have an account and select next

If you are insured with Select Health, or have access to a Select Health wellness program through your employer, select Select Health and hit next

Enter your subscriber ID (located at the upper right corner of your ID card), your first name, last name, date of birth, and email address, then hit continue

Finally, create a strong password following the criteria listed and re-enter the password to confirm
