Find the Right Doctor
In addition to helping you find a doctor, our Member Advocates team can also help you:
- Schedule an appointment
- Find the closest facility, doctor, or behavioral health provider
- Provide information about a doctor such as age, training certifications, and languages spoken
- Help you understand and maximize your benefits

We Have You Covered

- Hearing exams
- Labs and X-rays immunizations
- Well-child exams
- Physical therapy
- Pharmacy benefits
Look at the Copay Summary in your CHIP Member Handbook for a full list of covered and limited services. There is also a section that lists noncovered services.
Care Management
Care managers are nurses who can help your child or dependent get care and stay healthy. They work with your doctors when needed. They can also help if you are in the middle of care while changing your CHIP plan or when changing to a new doctor. If you think your child would benefit from care management, please call Member Services.
