Currently, Select Health offers two optional SMS channels; Select Health Support (78116) for our existing members to receive updates about their accounts and Select Health Alerts (39438) which is available to both members and non-members to receive information about plans, benefits, health and wellness education and more.

Select Health Support

To discontinue receiving SMS messages from Select Health Support, text STOP to 78166 (you will receive a confirmation text), logging into your Select Health account and updating your preferences or by calling Member Services at 800-538-5038.

Select Health Alerts

To discontinue receiving messages from Select Health Alerts, text STOP to 39438 (you will receive a confirmation text), logging into your Select Health account and updating your preferences or by calling Member Services at 800-538-5038.
