Qualified High Deductible Plans
Many of these plans can be combined with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Pairing these plans with a Health Savings Account (HSA) provides tax-advantages that provides cost savings to pay for medical expenses.

Level Funded Plans
Select Health's Level Funded products offer employer's the benefits of self-funding while maintaining the funding security of a fully insured plan.
Prescription Drug Coverage
We work with local doctors to develop an evidence-based list of covered drugs, and we encourage lower-cost or generic drug use, when appropriate, to provide more sustainable drug costs. Small Employer plans use RxCore. It covers a wide range of medications and places minimal restrictions on drug selection.

Select Health offers eyewear and dental benefits as an optional add-on to your medical plan.
Eyewear
Good vision is an important part of overall health. EyeMed is the exclusive vendor for all vision hardware discounts offered to Select Health members. Eyewear plans include coverage for contacts, frames, lens and lens treatments, and more. Visit EyeMed and select the Access network to search a complete listing of participating providers and retail locations. Employers can receive a discount when dental and medical coverage is paired together.

Utah Network Options
Select Health Value
Select Health Value is our most affordable network and includes all Intermountain Health doctors, facilities (including Primary Children’s Hospital), clinics, and Instacare /KidsCare locations — including specialists you can see without a referral. This network also includes access to dozens of clinics and providers who are aligned with Intermountain Health. It also includes access to Huntsman Cancer Institute for a cancer-related diagnosis.
Select Health Med
The Select Health Med network is available statewide and is a good option no matter where you live or work in Utah. It includes all Intermountain Health facilities, clinics, doctors, and key specialty facilities such as the Huntsman Cancer Institute for a cancer-related diagnosis and Moran Eye Center.
Additionally, Select Health Med plans include in-network access across the U.S. through the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network.
Idaho Network Options
We’ve got you covered no matter where you live.
Our broad network of contracted doctors and facilities means you can access the care you need when and where you need it. To keep cost-of-care low, we recommend that members seek care from in-network providers and facilities.
Select Health Idaho
Members in Southwest Idaho have access to St. Alphonsus Health Alliance (SAHA) or St. Luke’s Health Partners (SLHP) hospitals, facilities, and providers, while members in Northern Idaho can access the BrightPath network. Members in Eastern Idaho have access to the BrightPath network and Select Health Med network.
Additionally, Select Health plans include in-network access across the U.S. through the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network.
Nevada Network Options
Select Health Value
The Select Health Value network is integrated with Intermountain Health and provides access to providers and facilities throughout Clark and Nye Counties. With Select Health, you can count on comprehensive coverage with a large network of providers and facilities. Referrals are required to see certain specialists.
Select Health Med
Select Health Med includes all Intermountain Health facilities, clinics, and doctors and key specialty facilities. Select Health Med contracts with many specialists, and no plan referral is required to see one. Select Health Med provides access to providers and facilities throughout Clark and Nye Counties in Nevada and all of Utah and Idaho.
This network also includes access to dozens of clinics and providers who are aligned with Intermountain Health.
Additionally, Select Health Med plans include in-network access across the U.S. through the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network.
