Our plans include nationwide in-network access for Small Employer plan members on certain Select Health networks outside of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado.

Traditional Plans

These plans offer comprehensive coverage with a variety of deductible options. Some plans even have flat copays for office visits, so you don’t have to worry about meeting your deductible first.

Qualified High Deductible Plans

Many of these plans can be combined with a Health Savings Account (HSA). Pairing these plans with a Health Savings Account (HSA) provides tax-advantages that provides cost savings to pay for medical expenses.

Select Health offers copay plan options with predictable costs and easy-to-understand benefit designs. If you like simple, these are the plans for you.

Network Options

Select Health Value

The Select Health Value network is integrated with Intermountain Health and provides access to providers and facilities throughout Clark and Nye Counties. With Select Health, you can count on comprehensive coverage with a large network of providers and facilities. Referrals are required to see certain specialists.

Select Health Med

Select Health Med includes all Intermountain Health facilities, clinics, and doctors and key specialty facilities. Select Health Med contracts with many specialists, and no plan referral is required to see one. Select Health Med provides access to providers and facilities throughout Clark and Nye Counties in Nevada and all of Utah and Idaho.

This network also includes access to dozens of clinics and providers who are aligned with Intermountain Health.

Additionally, Select Health Med plans include in-network access across the U.S. through the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network.
