Dental Networks
A dental network is a group of dentists who have agreed to work with your dental insurance plan. When you visit a dentist in this network, you get services at lower costs because the prices are pre-negotiated. This means you save money and have less paperwork to deal with.
Select Health Fundamental
Our smallest, most affordable network. For members seeking dental care along the Wasatch Front. The following counties are available: Utah, Salt Lake, Davis & Weber.
Select Health Prime
Our midsized option provides affordable access to dental providers along the Wasatch Front in the most populated counties. The following counties are available: Utah, Salt Lake, Davis & Weber.
Select Health Classic
Our largest, most popular plan with statewide coverage, including rural areas where Prime and Fundamental are not available. All counties in Utah are available under this network.
