    Getting appointed is easy! Just complete these two steps:

    1. To obtain approval, contact Agent Relations at 800-442-5306, option 3 or Agent.Relations@selecthealth.org.
    2. Complete our agent appointment application(s). You''ll receive this from our Agent Relations team.
