Individual Plan Renewals

Individual members will receive their January 1 renewal notice the last week of October. Their renewal letter will include 2022 premiums, benefit changes, and APTC information.

  • Renewal Information Access. Prior to the renewal notice mailing, you will be able to access renewal information by running a book of business report in Select Health Link. To run an Individual Plans book of business report, hover over Individual and choose Member Search/Maintenance, then Download Book and choose the current date to pull renewal information. If the 2022 APTC is blank, this means we have not received the new amount yet. We will update as we are notified.
  • Renewal Changes. Individual members who purchased a plan directly with Select Health, not through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM), Your Health Idaho (YHI), or Nevada Health Link can easily make open enrollment changes through the member portal by choosing Change My Plan. Renewal letters will be available in the member portal. Members can locate this information in the Documents section of their Select Health.org account. This functionality provides a quick and easy way to complete open enrollment elections. You may also initiate these changes in Select Health Link.

The Select Health Signature network is here!

Our new Signature network option will be available to select on November 1, 2021 for a January 1, 2022 effective date for those on Individual and Family plans, or those looking to enroll who live in the following counties: Weber, Davis, Utah, and Salt Lake. It is a robust network with a lower overall cost and access to 5,000 of our high-quality physicians.

Encourage members to enroll.

Some members could experience a change in Advance Premium Tax Credit (APTC) for 2022. If a member's APTC is lower, they may want to consider switching to a lower-cost network such as Signature. This will help them maximize their APTC dollars and may alleviate increased premium costs in 2022. Please help members living along the Wasatch Front understand this shift and the importance of exploring the Signature network during Open Enrollment. Questions about Signature? Individual Sales Open Enrollment Hours

Individual Sales will have extended hours during Open Enrollment. Beginning November 15, hours will be extended to Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You can reach them at 800-442-5306, option 2.
