INDIVIDUAL, SMALL AND LARGE EMPLOYER PLANS

General Updates
Inactive Accounts
  • If you haven’t logged in for 12 consecutive months, you will receive an email notification explaining that your account will be deactivated if you don’t log in within 30 days.
  • Log in often to avoid deactivation.
  • Contact Agent Relations if your account becomes deactivated.
Agent/Proxy Attestation
  • Agents are required to attest to proxy access annually.
  • Please complete this process when prompted to prevent lockout.
Member Communication
  • Member communications are now available to view in Link under the Commercial Member Marketing Materials heading.
Individual Plans
Children Turning 26 and Subscribers turning 65
  • Access these reports below the Agent Tools heading.
Enter complete names when running an Individual quote to reduce errors in enrollment.
Small Employer
Terminate Group/Subgroup
  • Access My Groups, scroll to the bottom of the page to Other Settings and choose Terminate Group/Subgroup. For one-life groups, be sure to terminate both the employee and the group.
When updating a group address, be sure to review any addresses for subgroups to ensure correct mailing and contact information.
Large Employer
The same great tools available for Small Employer are now available for Large Employer plans. Contact your Account Manager for training.

MEDICARE ADVANTAGE PLANS

Member Communication
  • Member communications are now available to view in Link under Medicare Member Marketing Materials heading.
  • Don’t forget to complete the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) at the end of the enrollment process. By completing it, you’ll be eligible for an additional $55 per enrollment. Choose the Complete HRA button at the end of the enrollment from the confirmation page. If you’re unable to complete it as part of the enrollment, you have seven days following enrollment to submit this information. To access this after enrollment, use the Member Search option below the Medicare heading on the main landing page of Link, search for the member, use the drop-down menu to the far right, and choose HRA.
