Encourage Members to Select a Primary Care Provider.
As part of our ongoing efforts to connect members with quality preventive care, Select Health is reminding members to select a Primary Care Provider if they have not already done so.
How you can help.
If a member does not have a Primary Care Provider identified on their account, please encourage them to select one. This can be done by logging in or registering for an online Select Health account then using our updated provider search tool to find and select a doctor close to home that works for their schedule.
Why choose a Primary Care Provider?
A Primary Care Provider can have a long-term relationship with the member. They’re the first point of contact with the healthcare system and can coordinate with other providers to ensure members get the care they need.
