Intermountain Connect Care Virtual Visits

Effective immediately, Intermountain Connect Care virtual visits on High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) are covered 100% before deductible for Individual and Small Employer Plans in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. This makes access to urgent and emergency care easier than ever.

Marketplace Enrollments – Adding HealthEquity

New functionality has been added to the Link agent portal to set up a HealthEquity Health Savings Account (HSA) for new members. Once a plan has effectuated from the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM), Your Health Idaho (YHI), or Nevada Health Link, locate this option in the agent book of business report.

On the main landing page of Link, hover over Individual and choose Member Search/Maintenance. Using the Status drop down menu, choose All. Use the slider button to select Yes for HealthEquity HSA.

Small Employer Group Email Addresses

We will be sending a monthly communication educating our Small Employer groups on topics that are important to them. These include wellness, value-added benefits, premium payments, tips for lowering out-of-pocket costs, and ways to access care.

To enable these requested communications, we challenge you to collect an email address for each group you work with. This will allow us to reach more of your clients and better address their needs.
