Select Health Link Message Alerts
To be notified by email when you have a message in the Link agent portal, click your name at the top right-hand side of the main landing page. Under Communication Preferences, choose Email me for Messages. To add this prompt for proxied staff, choose Email for Messages next to the name of the proxy.
To add proxy access for your staff, choose your name in the upper right-hand corner, navigate to the Communication Preference section and choose +Add Proxy.
