Introducing the Medicare Advantage Agent Support Line: Your new support resource starting August 12.

We are excited to announce the launch of the Medicare Advantage Agent Service (MAAS) line, a dedicated support resource designed to assist you with a variety of needs. Starting August 12, you can call the MAAS line to receive prompt and professional support for a wide range of inquiries, including:

  • Formulary searches
  • Commissions help
  • Select Health Link support

Select Health Agent Administration Expense Reimbursement Program.

As a Medicare agent, you understand the importance of maximizing your resources and ensuring that your efforts are well-compensated. The Select Health Agent Administration Expense Reimbursement Program is designed to support you by offering a valuable opportunity to offset your administrative expenses while focusing on marketing activities.

Key Details of the Reimbursement Program.

Eligibility Period
The program is available for enrollments processed between June 1 and October 1, 2024.

Reimbursement Structure
Initial Threshold: Agents who achieve 5 net new enrollments within the eligibility period will receive a reimbursement of $500.

Additional Enrollments 
For each net new enrollment beyond the initial 5, agents will earn an additional $100 per enrollment.

And don’t forget, as a 2024 5-star rated plan, Medicare beneficiaries may enroll or switch from their current Medicare coverage option to a Select Health Medicare plan at any time until November 30, 2024, using the 5-star SEP.

Medicare Recertification for 2025 plans.

Prepare and be ready to sell 2025 Select Health Medicare Plans! 

  • Select Health accepts both AHIP and NABIP Medicare certification trainings. 
  • 2025 AHIP or NABIP training must be completed prior to beginning the Select Health product training. 
  • The Select Health training module will be available August 1, 2024. 
  • To be Ready to Sell (RTS) for 2025, both the AHIP or NABIP and the Select Health product training must be completed prior to December 31, 2024.
  • Agents must be licensed and appointed to sell Select Health. To become appointed, please contact Agent.Experience@selecthealth.org. 
  • Both AHIP and NABIP send electronic communication to Select Health as agents complete the training pending if this option has been selected prior to completion. Please double check to ensure Select Health has been selected to send results through to us. When we receive electronic communication of completion, it is not necessary to send your certificate. It’s still a good idea to keep a copy of your completion confirmation.
  • The 2025 product training module will be housed in the Link Agent Portal. Please be sure to login to the portal at: selecthealth.org/link/manage ahead of time to be sure you don’t need assistance with your login credentials. If you’ve forgotten your username, please contact Agent Experience at 801-442-4908, option 3. If you have trouble with 2-step verification or resetting your password, please contact our help desk at 801-442-7702, option 2. Be sure to mention you’re an external agent user.
  • The exam at the end of the module must be completed with a score of 85% or higher in no more than three attempts. Practice questions are provided throughout the module.

As a reminder, Select Health Medicare is a 5-star plan and can be marketed year-round. We look forward to another successful selling season!
