New Primary Children’s Hospital in Lehi, UT
Intermountain Primary Children’s Hospital: Larry H. and Gail Miller Family Campus in Lehi will be open for patient care beginning February 12, 2024. This brand new 486,000-square-foot facility will offer high-quality, accessible care to children and their families in Utah County through a medical surgical unit, a pediatric intensive care unit, a surgical newborn ICU, a behavioral health in-patient unit, emergency and trauma services, and spaces dedicated to art, music, and dance therapy.
Wellness programs
It’s a great time to remind eligible plan members about our Wellness Rewards. Gym membership and physical activity rewards are available to Utah and Nevada members on Small Employer, Associations, and Individual plans. Idaho members are eligible on Large Employer, Small Employer, Associations, and Individual plans. Please be aware that when employees receive wellness incentives, the employer may be required to report these as employment compensation. Rewards received by members on Individual plans may be considered income and subject to tax.
Sworkit: a new simplified, total well-being tool
Beginning in January, Select Health members will be able to access Sworkit through the Virgin Pulse app. Sworkit provides support and motivation for people to reach their wellness goals and take control of their health — anytime, anywhere, any age, any experience level.
