Help Consumers Resolve Data Matching Inconsistencies

The Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) encourages agents to help consumers resolve data-matching inconsistencies (DMI). DMIs occur when the information provided at enrollment doesn't match current FFM records. The FFM has seen increased data-matching issues due to increased enrollment. Unfortunately, the FFM is seeing a limited number of consumers resolving their DMIs. A meeting was held on Thursday, April 14 to provide information about helping consumers to resolve their DMIs. Presentations, additional tools, and a list of common DMIs can be found at Healthcare.gov.
