Select Health releases 2025 Community Impact Report

Select Health is pleased to release its 2025 Community Impact Report, reflecting the organization’s continued commitment to helping people live the healthiest lives possible across Colorado, Idaho, Nevada and Utah.

These efforts matter because when people have access to community support and resources, they have a better chance at living healthy, productive lives, no matter their circumstances.

In 2025, Select Health’s community relations efforts reached 1.5 million people through more than 600 touchpoints, including partnership with 224 community organizations that work each day to improve access to healthcare and wellness resources.

“Our mission guides every decision we make,” said Rob Hitchcock, Select Health president and CEO. By prioritizing the real needs of individuals and families, such as food, housing, and preventive care, we’re able to strengthen communities in meaningful ways. This effort is only possible because of the relationships and collaboration of individuals and organizations who work beside us to ensure people receive the support and care they need.”

Key Areas of Community Impact

  • Strong community relationships: Select Health collaborated with more than 224 organizations across four states, focusing on critical social drivers of health, including food security, housing stability, and access to quality healthcare.
  • Expanding regional engagement: From large community events to local outreach in rural and underserved areas, caregivers showed up to offer resources where support was needed at events such as wellness fairs, cultural festivals, senior programs, our youth activities.
  • Signature programs making a difference: Through the Select Health Awards, Brain Body Boost, and Select Health Scholarships, the organization continued to recognize local leaders, empower educators, and strengthen the future healthcare workforce.
  • Meaningful volunteerism: Caregivers contributed time and talent to causes across the Mountain West, including major volunteer events like the United Way Day of Caring.

Through thoughtful investments, trusted collaborations, and hands-on caregiver engagement, Select Health continues its work to advance health and wellness by supporting the people who face the greatest barriers. As highlighted in the report, Select Health is committed to helping people get access to the care and support they need to achieve the best possible health outcomes.

In the year ahead, Select Health will continue investing in programs and relationships that remove barriers to care, strengthen local support systems, and advance healthier, more connected communities across the Mountain West.
