2. Select "Start Auto-Pay" from your Billing dashboard
3. Add and submit your payment information^*

1. Create an online Select Health account
2. From your dashboard, scroll down and select "Billing Details"
3. Click "Start Auto-Pay" from your Billing dashboard
4. Add and submit your payment information^*

1. Click Quick Pay* and simply complete the payment screens
2. You will need your subscriber ID, which can be found on your premium statement or ID card
