Open Enrollment Reminder

Open enrollment is just around the corner. As patients review their health coverage options for the upcoming plan year, now is a good time for Colorado providers to prepare for potential questions about coverage, benefits, and network participation.

Open Enrollment Dates

• Medicare Advantage: October 15 – December 7
• Individual & Family: November 1 – January 15

We encourage you and your staff to stay familiar with the Select Health plans and resources available in Colorado so you can help patients navigate the transition into the new plan year.

Other Reminders

• Remember to verify each patient’s benefits and eligibility before their appointment. For help reviewing member ID cards and locating key information, refer to the Eligibility & ID Cards page.
• Please be sure to complete all required quarterly attestations and annual experience surveys.
• Zelis is now live for all Select Health claims payments. Make sure you are enrolled for easy claim processing and payment. Learn more.
• Use the PBT to manage all aspects of provider claims and view important information like member benefits & eligibility, claims status, and provider letters. Learn more.
