Select Health Loyalty Program

The Activity Completion and Reward Redemption Deadlines for this year are November 30, 2024!

To receive credit for Gym Membership or Physical Activity Rewards, all completed activities eligible for reward points/dollars must be entered on your account by November 30th, end of business day (MST). This includes gym information as well as activity tracking data submitted to Virgin Pulse.

The last day to redeem reward points during 2024 is also November 30th.

Reward points accumulate January through December, resetting in January of each calendar year. You don’t have to redeem your reward points monthly. You can save your points and redeem them for gift card(s) in larger amounts. If you miss the November 30th Reward Points Redemption Deadline, or have unredeemed points at the end of 2024, you’ll be sent a Visa gift card(s) totaling their value.

Do you want to be rewarded for being loyal to your health? GREAT! We want to reward you for participating in our approved wellness activities. With the Select Health Loyalty Program, Utah Individual/Family plan members on the Signature Network, Nevada members on a Small Employer or an Individual/Family plan, and Colorado members on an Individual/Family plan can be rewarded up to a maximum of $580*/580 points per calendar year.

Who’s Eligible?

  • Select Health members must be on a Small Employer plan (50 or fewer employees) or an Individual and Family plan.
  • Members must be age 18 or older and agree to the Select Health Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
  • Each eligible member must register for their own account. If you don’t already have an account, visit and select REGISTER from the top of the home page.

How do I get the Select Health Loyalty Reward?

It’s easy! For certain wellness activities you complete, you’ll receive $20/20 points. Eligible activities include:

✓ Enroll in Intermountain Connect Care® (This is a once in a lifetime reward.)

✓ Receive a health screening or annual wellness exam from an in-network Select Health provider

✓ Get your yearly flu shot or recommended immunizations from a Select Health in-network provider

✓ Stop smoking with the Select Health Quit for Life Program

✓ Receive mental health treatment, if applicable, from a Select Health in-network provider

✓ Get 7,000 steps or the equivalent in non-stepping exercise for 20 days during a calendar month (See “Ready to get started” below.)

Loyalty Program wellness activities are not limited to those listed and could change at any time.

There’s no better way to take care of your mental and physical well-being than exercise. That’s why we encourage you to get and stay fit by joining your choice of gym or keeping track of your choice of monthly physical activity through our Healthy Living Virgin Pulse platform.

Whether it’s biking, running, swimming, dancing, or walking the dog. It’s whatever gets you up and moving. To get started, visit for instructions on how to participate in either Gym Membership or Physical Activity Rewards.

How do I view my progress?

Log in to your Select Health account. From your Dashboard find My Tasks and select View All Tasks. When your Tasks page opens select Progress Tracking & Rewards from the top of the screen. From the Rewards Homepage select the Loyalty badge to view your activity progress and reward points total.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Redeem your points by selecting the Redeem Rewards badge from the Rewards home page. This will take you to the Rewards Search Catalog, where you’ll be able to choose from numerous reward options equal in dollar value to your points total.

Although not required, we strongly encourage all members participating to take the Virgin Pulse Health Check health assessment. This tool can help you discover connections between your daily lifestyle choices and your long-term health. To take the Virgin Pulse Health Check, log in to your Select Health account. From your Dashboard find My Tasks and select View All Tasks. When your Tasks page opens select the Health Assessment card.
