Utah Level Funded Plans
Select Health's Level Funded products offer employer's the benefits of self-funding while maintaining the funding security of a fully insured plan.
Why choose Select Health Level Funded plans?
As the employer, you will pay a single monthly maximum cost consisting of stop-loss, administrative fee, and claims funding. After the policy year has ended, 50% of any excess claims funds will be given back to the group as a future credit.

Utah Level Funded plans provide access to the Intermountain network of providers, specialists, and facilities, in addition to national coverage.
Select Health Med
Select Health Med encompasses the state of Utah with more hospitals and providers, including Huntsman Cancer Institute for a cancer-related diagnosis and Moran Eye Center. This option also includes national access.
National Coverage
We provide in-network access across the United States for those on Select Health Med plans. Select Health utilizes the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network for those accessing care outside of Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.
