Select Health’s Level Funded products offer self-funding benefits and easy administration, with the security of a fully insured plan.

Why choose Select Health Level Funded plans?

As the employer, you will pay a single monthly maximum cost consisting of stop-loss, administrative fee, and claims funding. After the policy year has ended, 50% of any excess claims funds will be given back to the group as a future credit.

Level Funded Plan Options

To be considered for a level funded plan, there must be at least 15 employees enrolling and no more than 99.

Networks Available

Idaho Level Funded plans provide access to the Intermountain network of providers, specialists, and facilities, in addition to national coverage.

Select Health Med Network

Select Health Med the following counties: Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Bonneville, Cassia, Caribou, Franklin, Fremont, Jefferson, Madison, Minidoka, Oneida, Power, and Teton. With new addition of St. Alphonsus Alliance (SAHA) Health System we have expanded our footprint to include Ada, Boise, Canyon, Gem, Payette, and Washington. Benefits are available at out-of-network hospitals and providers for most services. This plan option also includes national access.

National Coverage

We provide in-network access across the United States for those on Select Health Med plans. Select Health utilizes the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network for those accessing care outside of Utah, Idaho, and Nevada.
