Health Coaching
Qualifying Concierge members can participate in up to six one-on-one health coaching sessions with a certified health coach who can help them meet personal wellness goals, develop healthy habits, and stay motivated.
Care Management
Our care managers are dedicated to helping you get the right care at the right time. We work hard to manage costs while protecting the quality of care. Concierge members are able to receive a $20 eGift card for speaking to a care manger, when referred.*
