When will I receive my member ID card?

If your plan changed, you will receive your ID card as well as other member materials within about two weeks of enrollment. However, you don’t need to wait for your paper ID to arrive. You can view your ID cards online through your Select Health Member Account and mobile app.

How do I see my health plan information?

Visit selecthealth.org and either create a new Select Health Member Account or log in to your existing Account. Your account is an online resource for personal health and benefit information.

You can view your benefits and claims, print copies of your ID card, find participating providers, and compare drug costs. Once you're logged in, you can to talk to us through online chat, email, or request a call from Member Services.

To access your plan details and ID card on the go, download the Select Health mobile app. You can access electronic copies of your ID cards, find doctors, view coverage, and more.

How can I make a payment?

If you’re enrolled on an individual plan—you’ll need to pay your premium

Here are some easy ways to make your payment:

Pay online: You can make a payment here.

Pay by phone: Call our 24-hour automated phone system at 844-442-4106.

Autopay: Use the member login or download the mobile app to set up autopay arrangements.

Pay in person: Payments can be made in person using the secure drop box at our Utah location.
