Provider Search.

Members should use the Find a Doctor tool on selecthealth.org to search for providers. Intermountainhealth.org is not suitable for finding doctors or facilities based on a member's specific plan. For additional assistance, members can contact our Member Advocates team at 1-800-515-2220

Agent of Record (AOR) Reminder + Helpful Hints.

Our training team has created some helpful videos to help you with submitting AORs. Please review the process for submitting AORs by visiting the following links:

Reconcile Your Book of Business.

If you haven’t already, please take time to reconcile your book of business to ensure you are listed as the Agent of Record (AOR) for all your clients. As a protection to you, AOR changes initiated through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace are not validated until a signed AOR letter is uploaded to our Select Health Link system.

To run a book of business report in Link, hover over Individual on the main landing page. Choose Member Search/Maintenance. To look up one individual, use the search box. To pull a complete book of business report, choose the Search button or Download Book to export this information into an Excel spreadsheet. 
If any clients are missing from your commission statement or book of business, please submit an AOR letter via the upload tool in Link. Under Agent Tools on the home page, you’ll see the link: Individual Agent of Record Request.

Wellness.

Join us for a Wellness Benefits webinar hosted by the Health Promotion & Wellness team. This webinar is available to you, your clients, and members on our Small Employer and Individual plans.

The webinar will be on April 8th at 12:00pm. We will allocate approximately 30 minutes to review wellness benefits, followed by a 15-minute session for questions and answers.

Member Onboarding.

Thank you for your ongoing role in helping Select Health members find the right plan and make the most of their benefits. There’s a lot to learn when starting a new health plan. Here are some tips to share with your clients on a Select Health plan:

  1. Create an online account to manage their plan. This can be created before or after their plan is effective. From their account, members can download ID cards, view a summary of benefits and coverage, find in-network doctors and facilities, save on prescriptions, select communication preferences, and more. Register or log in.
  2. Select a PCP and schedule preventive care visits early. We know that members who have a relationship with a Primary Care Doctor and complete annual routine visits and screenings are more likely to positively rate their experience with their health plan, choose more affordable care options, and better manage their health.   3. View and download the Member Guide. Plan descriptions can be complicated. To help members make the most of their plan, we provide Member Guides that highlight key benefits and resources. Members will receive a link to their view and download their plan Guide starting this month. Most Member guides can also be found in Plan Documents on our website.
