Select Health Book Club.

We are excited to invite our clients and members to join us for our first Select Health Book Club hosted by our Wellness team! 
We will meet virtually on June 12, 2025 @ 12:00 p.m. MT. Join from your phone, laptop, or computer. An event link will be shared upon registration, and an "add to calendar" option will appear.

We will be reading "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. Take some time to read or listen to this book before June 12th! We will gather to discuss themes, what you loved/disliked about the book, and any successes you may have experienced while implementing the skills presented. You can access copies of this book in paper, digital, and audio forms through your local library, or you can purchase the book on your own.
