Redeeming Wellness Rewards

Please follow these steps when you’re ready to redeem your reward points for an eligible gift card. 

1. Log in to or register your online Select Health account. 
2. Find “My Tasks” on your dashboard and click “View All Tasks.” 
3. Click “Redeem My Rewards Points” from your Tasks page. 
4. Select the “Redeem Rewards” icon from the Rewards page. 
5. Pick your preferred gift card from the available catalog and click “Order Now.”  
6. Fill in your information and submit your order. 

Redeem my points

Electronic gift cards typically arrive to your email within 24 hours. Physical gift cards typically arrive within 10-14 business days of your order.
