What exactly is an annual wellness visit?

Checkups aren’t just for kids. A wellness visit or annual physical is essential to monitor and maintain your health. These visits may include a physical exam, immunizations and screenings, health risk assessment, and medication review.

Wellness visits are covered 100% on most Select Health plans. To see what’s covered on your plan, register or log in to your online Select Health account and review your plan materials. You can also calculate costs online using our cost estimator tool.

A Primary Care Doctor can help you manage chronic conditions, coordinate care, and discuss various health topics in one appointment. You can trust them to be your partner in preventive care.
