Can I download a copy of my ID Card? 

Yes, you can view a copy of your ID card by logging in to your member account or on the Select Health mobile app. You can also use the app to email or fax images of your card to providers.

Why does my ID card only show my name? Can I get an ID card for my dependents? 

Select Health ID cards only show the subscriber's name on the card; however, they can be used by any covered family member.
