Brain Body Boost FAQs
Select Health is a nonprofit health plan in Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Colorado, with more than one million members across the United States. We are committed to helping our members and communities stay healthy.

Our Select Health Brain Body Boost Awards have replaced our Top Dog Awards, allowing us to recognize more educators for their commitment to wellness.
Nominations
Educators Who:
- Teach health education to students in grades K-6.
- Teach in Utah.
- Have 10 or more students in their class.
- Are working to make a difference in health education.
Anyone ages 18 years and above can submit a nomination.
Nominate on our site from November 1 to 30.
Nominations are accepted annually from November 1 to 30.
Winners will be announced annually in January.
We accept the first 150 completed applications received during the nomination window.
Share the activities your nominee uses to go above and beyond as they work to integrate health education in their classrooms.
Our Select Health Brain Body Boost Awards committee will review completed applications to select the winners.
Yes! Any educator for grades K-6 with ten or more students can be nominated.
Awards
The money awarded must be used for school supplies and redeemed through AwardCo.
We will award ten educators from Utah a $1,000 award to be used for school supplies.
The award includes a $1,000 prize to be used for school supplies.
Yes! We're planning to expand into our other markets in the future.
