We want to make using your wellness benefits as easy as possible. That’s why Select Health Medicare members receive all of their wellness benefits in one easy-to-use Select Health Medicare Flexible Benefits card. You can use this card to pay for eligible items and services. Plus, we can add funds to your card when you complete certain activities. Your card will have different wallets for different benefits, including:

  • Wellness Your Way benefit to spend on a wide range of health education classes or gym memberships. Visit our Wellness Your Way page for more information.
  • Healthy Living Incentives for keeping up with wellness activities like annual routine physicals and flu shots. Visit our Healthy Living page to learn more.
  • Over-the-Counter (OTC) allowance to spend on over-the-counter items. Get the details on our OTC page.
  • Grocery Benefit allowance to spend on healthy groceries. Visit our Grocery Benefit page to learn more. Note: This benefit is only available on Select Health Medicare + Kroger (HMO) and Select Health Medicare Dual (HMO-DSNP) plans.

Managing Your Select Health Medicare Flexible Benefits

Managing your flexible benefits can be easily done through your Benefits Pro portal or by downloading the Benefits Pro app. Through the portal, you can view your benefit-specific information, including:

  • Activate or manage your Select Health Medicare Flexible Benefits card
  • Review your wallet balances and expiration dates
  • Check for eligible products and services
  • Order health and wellness products
  • Search for Nations approved retail locations that accept your card
  • Track order and transaction history
  • Request a Wellness Your Way or OTC reimbursement
