*Members must register for this program through Silver&Fit.

Some activities, services, and items are not covered, such as:

  • Fitness equipment, apparel, or accessories purchased for personal or home-use
  • Purchase of meals or supplements
  • Alternative or holistic education services

Over-the-Counter (OTC) Benefit

Use your Flex Card when checking out at an approved retail location. Simply swipe your Flex Card for payment and select “credit” when prompted. Selecting “debit” will decline the transaction.

  • Vitamins and minerals (e.g., fish oil, calcium, multivitamins)
  • Bandages and antibiotic ointment
  • Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and dental floss
  • Cough drops

Order by phone or mail by contacting NationsBenefits at 833-878-0232 (TTY: 711). Order forms and catalogs should be mailed back no later than the 20th of December to ensure that the order total is applied to the current benefit period. NationsBenefits® Member Experience Advisors are available 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. local time.

Dollar amounts do not roll over into the next plan year, so make sure you use your yearly allowance by December 31 of the current plan year. 

Call NationsBenefits at 833-878-0232 (TTY: 711) and provide your date of purchase of the item(s) purchased. A member Experience Advisor will help research the reason for your declined transaction. NationsBenefits Member Experience Advisors are available local time from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

If you purchase approved OTC items at an approved retailer and your Benefits Mastercard® Prepaid Card transaction is declined, you may request reimbursement via the NationsOTC portal at selecthealth.nationsbenefits.com.
