Here’s how it works:

  1. Complete wellness activities to earn rewards. The amount you earn depends on the activity you complete. You don’t need to track a thing. We’ll automatically add your reward to your Select Health Medicare Flexible benefits account.

  2. Use your rewards with your Select Health Medicare Flexible Benefits card. You have options on how to spend your rewards like paying for eligible products and approved services included in your Wellness Your Way and Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefits. You can also pay for other items like healthy groceries.

  3. Log in to your MyBenefits portal to see your account balance. Rewards don’t carry over to a new year, so be sure to spend your rewards dollars by December 31, 2023.

Note: Rewards are applied when Select Health receives confirmation reporting usually within 4-6 weeks of activity completion.
