Large Employer plans that flex with you.

Choose the funding type and plan design that works best for you and your employees.

Plan Design Options

We offer plan designs that keep costs low while providing the benefits you and your employees need.

Traditional Plans

Traditional plans offer comprehensive coverage with lower deductibles and lower cost-sharing arrangements (copays and coinsurance) but generally have higher monthly premiums when compared to our Health Savings Account (HSA)-eligible plans.

HSA-Eligible Plans

HSA-eligible plans (also known as High Deductible Health Plans or HDHPs) are designed to be paired with an HSA. HSA-eligible plans typically have lower monthly premiums with higher deductibles and higher cost-sharing arrangements.

Employee’s Choice

You can offer your employees a choice between at least one traditional plan and at least one HSA-eligible plan. This allows employees to compare plans and decide which plan is best for their needs.

Funding Options

We offer multiple funding options for employers' unique and evolving needs.

Fully Insured Options

Select Health fully insured plans offer comprehensive coverage and predictable financial protection – ideal for employers seeking stability and value.

Why choose our fully insured plans?
